Pagewood Projects holds an Open Builders Licence with the QBCC (Registration No. 1276365) is a member of the Master Builders Association (Registration No. 68906) and carries full insurance cover of $20M public and products liability and $5M professional indemnity.
Our experience and wealth of knowledge in the industry means there is no job too big or small, too simple or complex.
At Pagewood Projects we work collaboratively with the client and key stakeholders to create an efficient transition from planning, through to design, construction and project completion. We strive for honesty in all outcomes; whether it be quoting, quality of workmanship or project timeframes. If our staff and sub-contractors are honest in giving their best, that is all we can ask.
Pagewood Projects are able to take a pro-active approach in the early design phase of a project to ensure the design team are producing documentation that will meet pre-determined budgets and timeframes for the client. This integrated approach will benefit the client in time and cost and gives greater knowledge and flexibility to the design team.
